As much as some car brands would like to deny it, brand loyalty is one of the most important things a brand can have. See, companies can spend as much money as they want on advertising to get you to buy their product, but at the end of the day, if you’re not satisfied with what you bought, especially when it comes to car, you’re probably never going to buy that brand again. However, on the other hand, if a car brand leaves you satisfied and actually looking forward to driving, then chances are you will buy that car brand once again when the some comes.
With all that said, according to a recent study done by the friendly folks over at Edmunds.com, Subaru has some of the most loyal customers in the automotive industry with almost 50% of Subaru users trading in their old Subaru’s for a newer one (47.9% to be exact).
